Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with on-trade/off-trade clients - Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase the unique features, flavors, and benefits of products to a diverse range of potential customers. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for potential clients across on-trade/off-trade channels, expanding the customer base through effective networking and lead-generation strategies. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipment, and efficient inventory management for all client types. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers and distributors to secure profitable sales agreements while adhering to company pricing policies and revenue targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences across both on-trade/off-trade markets to identify sales opportunities, assess market demand, and develop effective sales strategies. - Effectively manage assigned areas, planning and scheduling sales visits, meetings, and events to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets in on-trade/off-trade segments. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention across all channels. - Prepare sales reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making and performance improvement. Requirements: - Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the wine/alcohol industry or FMCG sector. - Familiarity with and a strong network within on-trade/off-trade sectors (e.g., restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, retailers, and wholesalers) is an advantage. - Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in Mandarin preferred. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. - Basic math and computer skills are necessary. - Good organization and time management skills are essential. - Result-oriented team player with a positive attitude. - Willingness to travel and work outside office hours if required.
