1.Lead the setup, calibration, and operation of state-of-the-art precision threading machinery, ensuring the production of screws with complex and highly accurate thread profiles. 2.Develop and implement advanced threading techniques that improve efficiency and precision beyond standard manufacturing capabilities. Introduce innovative methodologies that local staff may not have been trained on or exposed to. 3.Create and modify machine programs for threading equipment to handle non-standard, highly intricate screw designs that require customized threading parameters. 4.Diagnose and resolve highly technical issues in threading machinery, utilizing specialized knowledge of both mechanical and digital systems that require international expertise. 5.Ensure that all products meet international standards for precision threading, especially in industries where tolerance levels are minimal. Oversee critical quality checks and fine-tuning of equipment to avoid any deviations from specifications. 6.Provide expert training to local engineers and machine operators in advanced threading processes, machine customization, and precision control techniques that require years of specialized experience in international environments. 7.Ensure that threading processes comply with international standards such as ISO or other global regulatory requirements 8.Must have a minimum of five years of experience in related industries.
