Project Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY : 1. Manages all project activities to ensure compliance with the project specifications, drawings, plans, works program, schedules, QA/QC, safety and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the works and within allocated budget. 2. Manages the workflow of all site staff involved in the project team including contracts, purchasing, logistics, construction, project administrative staff, engages and manages specialist consultants as required. 3. Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities. 4. Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, relevant required documentations and presentations 5. Requires visiting site to resolve site issues 6. To manage the team of consultants, contractors in periodic meeting, workshop and discussions 7. To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. 2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field. 3. Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision, project planning, technical and tendering, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liaisons 4. Have an eye for details and meticulous in enforcing high standards of project planning and construction work. (Preferably possess working experience with property developer 5. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, excellent client, facing skills, ability to motivate team to meet tight deadline.
