Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of facilities, utilities, and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with established standards and regulations. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders. Performs all tasks in accordance with the SOPs, Policies, and Safety Policies to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and all applicable regulations, and guidelines. Develop, update, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation related to facilities management. Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Maintain accurate records and reports related to facilities operations. Provides information on equipment maintenance, equipment safety, SOPs, and GMPs as needed. Respond to and troubleshoot any emergencies, interruptions, or out-of-specification incidents related to facilities, utilities, or equipment. Monitors environmental and equipment parameters through the Building Management System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS). Liaise with suppliers and service providers for facility/equipment servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Assist in budget planning and management for facilities operations, maintenance, and improvement projects. Ensure a safe and secure environment for all occupants of the facilities. Implement safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and address any safety concerns. Supports Projects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when necessary. Provide training and guidance to staff members involved in facilities management to ensure proper procedures and practices are followed. Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner. Collaborates with team members and other departments within the organization. Performs other assigned duties as required to meet company objectives.
