PROJECT ADMIN

) Preparing work drawings based on building and infra drawings to obtain approval from consultants before drawings are delivered for use and reference at project site, create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software 2) Prepare and checking of material take off 3) Prepare and review rough sketches, design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow 4) Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials 5) Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality 6) Taking the quantity of the necessary materials and to be included in the form of tables according to the work disciplines involved 7) Liaise with project team, site team and project manager to gather product and design requirements 8) Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards 9) Create manuals that describe existing products’ operation, features and maintenance 10) Create copies of the work drawings approved before send to the project site 11) Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
