  • Creating accounts payable and receivable documents
  • Handling correspondence with clients and vendors for transaction details
  • Cooperate and liaise with other different departments when required
  • Matching invoice to payment, preparing payment instruments, and obtaining all necessary approval
  • Verifying claims
  • To handle any other human resource, administration, and account purposes duties assigned by the superior
