About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. This role is crucial in identifying and sourcing top talent in the IT sector in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Technical Recruitment and Employer Branding.

Requirements

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for tech roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
