Role Summary: We are urgently seeking a passionate and skilled IT Business Technology Advisor to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional customer service, basic IT troubleshooting, reporting, and IT procurement. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying client needs and proposing effective solutions to enhance their technological infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and effective support to clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Basic IT Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a range of IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Reporting: Generate detailed reports on IT performance, service issues, and resolutions to keep stakeholders informed.
- IT Procurement: Manage the procurement process of IT hardware and software, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT advisory role or similar position.
- Good understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
