- Plan seasonal collection by merchandising mix, pricing and design with given theme and direction
- Develop and manage merchandise plans to align with company financial goals
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Responsible for analysing market product data and collaborate with the relevant department to continuously forecast demand
- Accountable for the accuracy of demand forecasting, including improvements and tracking of deviations
- Liaise closely with vendors on best cost negotiation as well as ensuring final product quality standard meet requirement
- Always manage the product catalogue ensuring meet the market demand and reflects to the correct market opportunities
- Product planning and development. Any new product expansion based on market research, customer inquiries, and maintenance of existing product information.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external collaboration such as sales, operation, marketing, and external partners to maximise customer value.
- Study and analyse product performance through system generated reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, retail management, economics or other related fields.
- Any relevant experience before in buyer, merchandiser, procurement, sales or marketer.
- Any relevant inskincare product line will be added advantage.
- Minimum to have 3 - 4 years working experience
- Required Language: English, Malay, Mandarin
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- Strong in data analysing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes advanced formulas
