  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Offer information about Wetland Studios Putrajaya attractions, ticket pricing, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor crowd control and ensure smooth entry and exit of visitors.
  • Ensure the customer service area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with informational brochures.
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback and suggestions to improve services.
  • Provide support to other team members when necessary, including during peak hours or special events.
  • Promote adherence to studio policies and safety guidelines, including the no plastic bag policy.
  • Assist with lost and found inquiries or visitor assistance where needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM8.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:
