Service Crew / Scooper (Part Time)

As a Service Crew/Scooper Member at Ollys Artisan Ice Cream, responsible for serving customers in an ice cream shop, ensuring a positive experience while providing high-quality service and delicious products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide menu information.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions about flavors, toppings, and dietary options.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, gelato, and sorbet to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Clean equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels of ice cream and supplies.
• Help with restocking and organizing inventory as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong customer service skills.
• F&B experience preferred
• This role is ideal for friendly individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and have a passion for ice cream!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
