JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices
- Proficiency in HR software, administrative tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Assist with office management tasks, including procurement and vendor coordination
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues
- Support performance management and training programs
- Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and administrative improvements
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and event coordination
