JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices
  • Proficiency in HR software, administrative tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Assist with office management tasks, including procurement and vendor coordination
  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues
  • Support performance management and training programs
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and administrative improvements
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and event coordination

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
