  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Responsible for daily finance operations/accounting functions.
  • Preparation of monthly full set of accounts, financial and management reports (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc.) to specific deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger, including keeping accurate records and listings of fixed assets, account receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and bank accounts.
  • Ensure timely billings, collections, recordings, and payments.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of accounting procedures and system.
  • Monitor all matters in relation to the intercompany transaction.
  • Handle tax matters including SST implementation and submission.
  • To liaise with the external auditor, company secretary, tax agent, bankers, and other statutory bodies.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA) with at least 1-2 year(s) of relevant work experiences.
  • Good interpersonal.
  • Achievement orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to commit to the full contract duration of 6 months (Nov/Dec 2024 - April/May 2025)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: 11/04/2024
