JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· To support all inbound and outbound operation activities involving documentation control and proper records using software system.
· Daily update on inventory check.
· Keeping stock control up to date, handling & monitoring inventory movement and arrangement and ensuring inventory accuracy.
· To conduct physical inventory checking of warehouse.
· Perform pick and pack task.
· Ensure the stocks quality and quantity deliver to customer are in accordance with DO by Sales Team with prove of accurate documents.
· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-worker’s
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
· To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
· Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Able to learn inventory software, databases and systems
· Able to work/adapt in modern fast pace warehousing practices methods and environment, able to work independently & in a team.
· Able to put in extra effort and willing to OT when necessary to ensure work is done within the given timeline.
· Able to read and understand English.
· Good organizational, planning and time management skills
· Strong attention to details.
· SPM qualification is required for this position.
· Preferably candidate who is computer literate.
· Ability to work well with all levels of the Company
· Ability to drive forklift/reach truck is an added advantage
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
