RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative duties related to Operations.
- Tracking and managing incoming & outgoing of products.
- Handle all in-coming and out-going telephone calls.
- Provide administration and clerical support.
- Monitor products and warehouse closely & to highlight issues to the Operation Executive.
- Work closely with Forwarding Agent & Customer Service regarding shipment booking and arrangements.
- Create, update & key-in Delivery Orders (DO) into the SAP system.
- General office administration such as filing & organizing parcels / documents.
- Create P.O. for empty packaging, operation relate item/services for central region.
- Issue and process document for disposal of empty packaging.
- Issue and process invoices for vendors.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel & Word) and SAP.
- Ability to work independently.
