Job Overview

Reporting to Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the Company, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records and assist in the preparation of reports. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to prioritize and organize are preferred skill sets to fill this role.

Job Descriptions

· Accounts Payable Processing: Verify the completeness of documents received from various department before posting the double entries into the accounting system and arrange for payment.

· Accounts Receivable Processing: Issuance of invoices, posting of double entries into the accounting system, monitor the collection and aging report and other operational issues related to receivables.

· Maintain Fixed Assets register and depreciation schedule.

· Assist in month-end closing of accounts including posting of general ledger transactions and reconciliation of accounts including bank, inventory and creditors reconciliation.

· Assist in handling Company’s audit and taxation matter.

· Assist in maintaining an organized filing system for payment vouchers, petty cash advances and claims, sales invoices and its supporting documents.

· Assume responsibility for any other relevant tasks that are being assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
