  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Troubleshoot general mechanical, electrical and any issues.
  • Install, maintain, measure, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment i.e. lighting, plumbing, etc.
  • Perform piping, hose, and fitting installation, maintenance and repairing works.
  • Ensure all technical and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.
  • Follow through on all issues raised until all parties involved are satisfied.
  • Carry out daily check and maintenance for all building amenities which include water feature, water pumps, building structure and etc.
  • Maintain and repair all the common area properties & facilities.
  • Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs as per schedule.
  • Respond and report appropriately to emergencies as they arise.
  • Carry our other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Install and repair office lighting and wiring and any electrical appliances.
  • Perform painting and simple concrete work for building maintenance works.
  • Housekeeping of Maintenance working area and inventory.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as technician/ maintenance assistant.
  • Working in warehouse and understanding the property is an added advantage.
  • Discipline, and independent person.
  • Able to start in a short notice is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
