  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal items to and from their rooms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, such as arranging transportation or making recommendations.
  • Assist in coordinating guest services, including valet parking, room service, and housekeeping when needed.
  • Monitor and assist with lobby and public area security, maintaining a safe environment for all guests.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

  • Rotational shift

Working hours :

  • 8.00am - 4.30pm (compulsory OT 3.5hours) : end shift 8pm
