Key Responsibilities:-

1. Application System

  • Responsible and oversee the implementation of all Operational projects until Go Live
  • Ensure all projects are properly documented in accordance to the organisation’s
  • project management methodology and templates.
  • Ensure regular review with team on all Operational projects and provide progress
  • updates to the management.
  • Responsible to oversee the Operation progress with constant monitoring and review
  • and provide regular operational updates to the management

2. Operation Improvement

  • Constant review of the operation processes and to develop improvement plans to facilitate users to be more efficient and effective.
  • Review new business trend and the usage of technology to best fulfill this requirement.
  • Promote and showcase new technology and initiate adoption ideas that can improve the operational processes.
  • Review and identify the needs for training to improve and ensure users’ competency in the standard operating procedure when carrying out their duty.

3. Leadership

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure alignment with management

expectation.

  • Set and constant review the team’s KPI and achievement.
  • Identify and plan for the team’s learning/training requirements to prepare for future goals.

4. Ad-hoc Assignment

  • Perform relevant task as assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications :

  • A Degree in Computer related studies.
  • Experience in FMCG Operation is an added advantage
  • Any operational related certification is an added advantage.

Skills :

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skill to identify issues and bottlenecks and resolve the operation related problem in the quickest time.
  • Able to understand operation and propose improvement opportunities to further improve the organization.
  • Strong management skills to manage the solution, operation and device accessibility matrix to best fit the organization’s responsibility matrix.
  • Good leadership skill.
  • Good negotiation skills to derive the best solution package that benefited the organization.
  • Hands-on person and willing to get hands dirty into resolving situation.

Computer Literacy : MS Office – Excel, Words, Power Point, MS SQL, ERP

Experience : At least 10 years working in Operation environment.
