  • Work independently by providing advice on employee relations matters to Line Managers and Management in accordance with labor law regulations and Company policies.
  • Hands-on coaching to Managers to address employee’s behavior and performance concerns.
  • Provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholder on appropriate feedback or corrective disciplinary actions which align with company values and policies.
  • Conduct domestic and technical inquiries such as gathering and analyzing facts, applying relevant laws, policies, past practices and recommend action plan to Management.
  • To resolve all labor disputes and cases.
  • Partner with internal audit and other investigation bodies as and when necessary.
  • Facilitate and apply interventions to resolve low-risk employee disagreements, conflicts, or misunderstanding when needed.
  • Responsible to review, develop existing policies, guidelines and proposed changes for improvement in overall industrial relations policies and procedures.
  • In charge of Time Attendance System and follow through with the disciplinary actions based on monthly attendance records.
  • Maintain required documentation including inquiries notes, proofs and reports for future reference.
  • Dealing with disciplinary issues, grievances, performance improvement plans and other matters concerning employee relations and engagement.
  • To partner and support the assigned operations divisions on key HR processes and initiatives.
  • Generate reports and analysis as and when needed.

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Familiar with the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Relations Act 1967.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels.
  • Able to work independently, multitask and think on-the-feet.
  • High perseverance and passion.
