Quality & Control Design Manager (Technical)

Job Description: 1. Monitoring the production line and doing periodic Quality Control checks 2. Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them. 3. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. 4. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. 5. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. 6. As part of a technical engineering team take on design authority responsibility for product development and realization. 7. Oversee design reviews of developments activities, apply best practice knowhow at agreed stages and sign off designs, specifications and documentation. 8. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. 9. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors. 10. Monitoring & evaluating the working performance of foreign employees in Quality & Control Design Department 11. Understand Burmese language in order to give direction & instruction to the foreign workers
