Job Scope:
· Excellent verbal communication and ability to convey important informations clearly and effectively
· Train and guide the team to provide solutions in any situations.
· Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction
· To positively contribute and promote high teamwork in the department & to Support total operations run smoothly
· Delegate responsibilities and monitor the progress of any on going projects
· Confident,proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges.
· Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher level positions
· Excellent time management & strong attention to detail and able to multitask
· Strong leadership and initiative
· Any other duties assigned by Management
Requirement:
· At least 4-5 years of working experience in the customer service/careline for this position
· Team Leader Experience
· Possess a diploma or equivalent
· Committed and responsible person
· Knowledge In SQL Accounting Software
· Expert in Excel
· Fast learner and quickly apply new ideas.
· Malaysian only
· Fully Vaccinated.
· Must posses own transport.

- Monday to Friday
