Position Overview: The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and improving HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and payroll. This position requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.

Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.

Manage payroll, staff claims processing, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with tax and employment laws.

Assist in benefits administration & ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records.

Support the implementation of HR initiatives & projects to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by managing workplace health and safety programs.

Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) software is a significant advantage.

Collaborate with government bodies for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax-related matters.

Manage general office administration tasks and assist with additional duties as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 to 5 years experience in HR field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) software is a significant advantage.

Experience in managing payroll and calculating staff claims is essential.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
