Internship (IT Admin)

Specification

We are currently looking for young and dynamic students to join our internship program. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties. We will create a remarkable learning and professional experience for interns so that they will have a real exposure of working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up all projects' progress until completed.
• Prepare daily report each Project on going and send to customers.
• Follow up and check completed project form and arrange submit to reseller.
• Create PO to partner project.
• Update and follow up accured partner cost.
• Create quotation to customers.
• Draft and discuss forecast for monthly/yearly billing.
• Proceed to monthly billing - Desktop Product Services (DPS) Projects.
• Prepare monthly token summary all partners.
• Request operations team to create PO for customers and adhoc cases.
• Assist Service Delivery Manager/Sales Account Manager to prepare any requirement for Tender document.
• Assist to proceed checking status and billing for ESS ticket.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to learn and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment.
• Great interpersonal skills and social competency.
• Must posses an eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
