Assist in testing and upgrading the warehouse management software to ensure system functionality meets the company's business growth requirements. Warehouse Documentation Management: Manage warehouse-related documents and records, including receiving notes, delivery notes, and customs declarations, ensuring completeness and traceability. Assist the warehouse supervisor in audits and compliance checks to ensure warehouse operations meet legal and company standards. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or a related field. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or data management, preferably in industries related to heavy machinery or equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS systems) and hands-on experience with them is preferred. Skills: Strong data management and analysis skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and generate meaningful reports. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management software. In-depth understanding of logistics and warehouse processes, with the ability to optimize workflows.
