Job Responsibilities 1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. 2. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. 3. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 4. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. 5. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail. 6. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. 7. Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. 8. Provides information by answering questions and requests. 9. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Job Requirements 1. Proven admin or assistant experience. 2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong organizational and planning skills. 7. Proficient in computer literacy. 8. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply. 9. SPM, diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 10. Willing to work at Telok Gong, Port Klang
