MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (below is for reference)
· Handling company's purchasing activities
· Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
· Ensuring purchasing tracking orders and records are up to date.
· Authorizing purchasing payment by forward receiving documents.
· Recording all transactions and related documents.
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
DETAILED JOB DUTIES (below is for reference)
1. Issue daily purchase order (PO)
· Prepare daily PO upon request
· Make sure PR is approved
· Make sure PR within customer PO budget
· Send out PO to supplier
2. Documents matching
Execute invoice matching to ensure accurate vendor payments and correct accounting of costs [For Advance Payment Process]
· Matching the INVOICE received from supplier with our PO
· Ask for ETA before proceed payment
· Pass to account team to do payment
3. Pull out the updated PO data daily for tracking item purpose
· Pull out PO data and send to receiving to update and track item
· Update the everyday data to receiving
4. Get advice from supplier of the ETA for outstanding PO
· Ask ETA from supplier for the late coming item
JOB REQUIREMENTS (below is for reference)
· Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills with Mandarin.
· Ability to negotiate, establish and administer contracts.
· Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment and support on overtime.
· Sound time-management and organizational skills.
· Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
· Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
· Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
· Have solid knowledge and understanding of Purchasing processes, policy and systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
· Strong analytical and presentation skills.
· In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
· Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
· Able to work well with management and with staff of all level.
· Able to complete tasks within committed timeline.
· Open to learn new things.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
