PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Job Task / Duties / Responsibilities

a) Responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure the projects can be delivered within the scope, time and cost

b) Responsible in analyzing and resolving any issues related to the project to ensure the smooth operation and completion project.

c) To ensure the project completed safely, within budget, on time and with required quality standard.

d) To lead a project team to coordinate, supervise and monitoring all the subcontractors’ work and suppliers’ material delivery.

e) To monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.

f) To lead a regular site meeting, liaison with Government Authorities, meeting and coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.

g) To plan, execute and review construction program regularly to ensure timely completion.

h) Monitor and track the project progress to ensure the project budget is closely adhered to.

i) Lead the process of issue identification and resolution.

j) Develop, review and approve all project management documents.

k) To monitor and verify the project progress claim and subcontractors’ progress claim.

l) To manage and coordinate Claim submission, EOT application, raise VO and progress report.

m) To verify any technical changes required in variation orders prepared during the implementation of the projects, by preparing a special report attached with variation orders.

n) To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.

o) To design fiber route plan as per Client requirements completely before hand-over to Documentation Department.

p) To identify material usage for each site and execute BOM and BOQ.

Requirements

a) Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering (Electronic Communication Engineering is an advantage)

b) Minimum 2 years related working experience in the related field, fiber work is more advantage

c) Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

d) Willing to travel to other states according to the project requirements

e) Ability to coordinate, monitor and control the work progress and lead the team

f) Ability to develop and implement SOP in order to make sure all deliverables meet the quality expectations

g) Experience in liaise with the government authorities

h) Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD

i) Strong communication skills and leadership qualities

j) Sell motivated with problem-solving skills

k) Two positions are available, based in Johor Bahru

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
