  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a junior-to-mid-level corporate commercial lawyer for a long term contract role with a notable MNC.

This role will sit as part of the regional legal department and will support with identifying, managing, and mitigating legal, regulatory, and corporate governance risks, to enable the company to achieve strategic and commercial goals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

As In-House Counsel, you will enjoy exposure to a wide range of commercial legal matters and will be responsible for supporting the legal team in managing senior stakeholders and various projects.

The successful candidate(s) will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification legal experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a major multinational corporation.
  • Qualification in Malaysia.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing a range of corporate and commercial agreements with minimal supervision.
  • Confidence, gravitas, and EQ, and a proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Availability to start at short notice.
