Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently input data into designated systems and databases, including SAP.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple systems.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks.
- Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources, including SAP.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Prepare clear and concise data reports and visualizations.
- Create and maintain standard SAP reports.
- Extract and analyze data from SAP to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with SAP key users to understand reporting requirements.
- Support system improvement initiatives by identifying potential areas for enhancement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of system improvement plans.
- Document and communicate system changes effectively.
- Assist in the amendment of training materials.
- Participate in employee engagement programs and activities.
- Provide administrative support for training and engagement initiatives.
- Minimum diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules and reporting functionalities
