Job Description:
Monitor Delivery and Coordinate Logistics:
- Track and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transporters.
- Communicate with the warehouse for proper handling and dispatch of orders.
- Oversee the supply chain process ensuring efficient flow of warehouses and distribution.
- Maintain sales orders with accurate delivery information and status.
- Align sales orders with inventory availability and production schedules.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to sales orders with internal teams.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth flow of orders.
- Assist in planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments for stock management and replenishment.
- Optimize production planning to meet inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
- Enhance cross-functional collaborations with the supply and inventory planning team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by generating reports, preparing presentations, and assisting in sales-related activities.
- Resolve queries promptly and guide potential customers toward making informed decision.
- Assist in product refunds.
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
- Commercial background with an interest in entering shared services.
- Regional or shared services exposure is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
- Advantageous to have mandarin/ japanese/korean speaking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in order management or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
