Massive expansion here and we are currently looking for highly motivated individuals that has Order Management/ Supply Chain experience for my client who has multinational presence around the world. Clients that we are working with stems across various industries such as manufacturing, chemical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and services.

Job Description:

Monitor Delivery and Coordinate Logistics:

  • Track and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transporters.
  • Communicate with the warehouse for proper handling and dispatch of orders.
  • Oversee the supply chain process ensuring efficient flow of warehouses and distribution.

Sales Order Management:

  • Maintain sales orders with accurate delivery information and status.
  • Align sales orders with inventory availability and production schedules.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues related to sales orders with internal teams.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth flow of orders.

Production And Inventory Planning:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments for stock management and replenishment.
  • Optimize production planning to meet inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaborations with the supply and inventory planning team.

Customer Service And Sales Support:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by generating reports, preparing presentations, and assisting in sales-related activities.
  • Resolve queries promptly and guide potential customers toward making informed decision.
  • Assist in product refunds.

Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Commercial background with an interest in entering shared services.
  • Regional or shared services exposure is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Advantageous to have mandarin/ japanese/korean speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in order management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
