JOB PURPOSE : To expand the company’s global footprint by developing and managing relationships with international clients. This role involves identifying market opportunities, understanding regional waste management challenges and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Provide comprehensive support in international correspondence, including preparation, drafting, and follow-up actions.
  2. Develop customized solutions in response to customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  3. Prepare, track, and manage proposals, providing assistance throughout the process until the order is successfully placed.
  4. Participate in high-level contract negotiations with customers, contributing to strategically significant agreements.
  5. Represent the company in client-facing interactions, maintaining and fostering professional relationships.
  6. Collaborate in the development and execution of strategies aimed at optimizing B2B sales performance.
  7. Oversee the handover of project development/business development responsibilities to project partners for order acceptance and execution.
  8. Maintain close cooperation with all internal departments, facilitating effective communication with design, production, and procurement teams.
  9. Contribute to the strategic development of new products and services.
  10. Assist in the creation of marketing and communication materials, such as brochures and flyers, and support the company's participation in industry trade fairs.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Completed commercial training or a relevant degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
  • Willingness to travel globally for business purposes.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with sales and offer processes or an affinity for sales topics is desirable
  • Technical knowledge in the field of mechanical, plant or power plant construction, particularly in process technology and project management is desirable
