Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, hiring proposal and offering stage.
  • Schedule for medical check-up for new joiner.
  • Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage confirmation, resignation and contract management.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

HR Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in every employee engagement activity such as teambuilding, festive events and company dinner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong recruitment experience with intention to explore further into other HR functions.
  • Preferable experience from automotive industry.
  • Strong in PowerPoint and have creative mind is an added advantage.
