Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, hiring proposal and offering stage.
- Schedule for medical check-up for new joiner.
- Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Manage confirmation, resignation and contract management.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in every employee engagement activity such as teambuilding, festive events and company dinner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong recruitment experience with intention to explore further into other HR functions.
- Preferable experience from automotive industry.
- Strong in PowerPoint and have creative mind is an added advantage.
