Job Responsibility
- Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with customersâ enquiries.
- Handling correspondence, mail distribution, and courier services.
- Handling Special Deliveries: Managing statutory declarations, urgent or high-priority deliveries and ensuring they are handled with care.
- Organizing documents in the correct order and ensuring accurate records of all statutory declarations performed.
- Facilitating smooth operations and effective communication between regional offices to ensure that documentation is accurately managed, efficiently exchanged, and compliant with all relevant standards.
- Facilitating the booking of meeting room for staff and external visitors, resolving booking conflicts and ensuring fair and efficient allocation of room.
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical document storage systems.
- Maintaining office supplies and managing office inventory report.
- Auditing / processing auditorsâ monthly travel expense claims.
- Handling mileage reimbursement requests for partner level.
- Coordinating audit training attendance for staff.
- Ensuring that the office premises and office equipment are clean and well-maintained.
- Supporting the implementation of new administrative processes and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Any other admin related duties as assigned to maintain efficient operations.
- Prior administrative support experience in auditing or accounting firm(s) and posses own transport would be an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in business administration or equivalent.

- Able speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Outspoken, good communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Strong self initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
- Positive attitude with a pro-active approach to solving problems.
- Be analytical with attention to detail.
- Team player and independent worker without close supervision.
