  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for EPF eMIS portal maintenance.
  • Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, outputs are accurate, any non-compliance are reported timely to PAM management and resolutions are taken for any non-compliance.
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of the regulatory reports by the service provider and PAM Operations.
  • Collaborate with TA provider, PAM IT/vendor on any new system changes/implementations. Ensure appropriate test plan creation and execution, work with relevant parties to determine a successful implementation timeline to minimize operational impact.
  • Perform monthly service delivery evaluation with service providers and drive for continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with TA provider on data archival execution and document destruction execution for UT/PRS documents/reports.
  • In-charge of Compliance Self-Testing Matrix is updated with the relevant laws/regulations/guidelines and self-testing is carried out on a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of operations experience in related products such as Unit Trust or Private Retirement Scheme.
  • Experience in leading a team or outsourced provider would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Pro-active attitude and willingness to go the extra mile whenever required.
  • Strong process improvement mindset.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders well.
