- Advice and attend to customer's needs for repair/maintenance services
- Assist the Service Executive in the operations of the service centre
- Maintain accurate records
- Support promotional activities
- Estimate cost and completion time
- Communicate with customers about work status
- Coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time
- Obtain the customer's written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up
- Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility
- Document repair order changes
- Review service repairs and charges to ensure accuracy
- Promote cooperation and teamwork among technicians and support staff
- Explain the need for additional or unanticipated services and associated costs to customers
- Act quickly to implement plans, organize work efficiently and follow up to ensure successful implementation
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate in SPM or Diploma and above in automotive/vocational training or equivalent
- Possess valid driver's license
- MLVK certification
- Minimum two (2) years in an automotive service environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
