The role involves handling day-to-day operations within an office, and assistants generally manage tasks such as handling documents, organizing databases, keeping inventories, and ensuring that business development operations function efficiently.

  • Assist the business team in prospecting potential employers and generating leads to find job placements for candidates who attended competency training in the company.
  • Participate in preparing candidates for future employment including Job Placement Briefing to students, guidance to prepare resume and preparation to attend interview and skill quality test.
  • Job monitoring for all candidates and following up with each candidates to collect employment evidence until their contract requirement is fulfilled.
  • Providing after-sales support and handling customer inquiries.
  • Preparing monthly reports to sponsors and update candidates database on daily basis.
  • Ensuring proper documents e-filling in placed and submission to be done accordingly.
  • Manage candidates’ difficulties if any and welfare related to job placement process.
  • Conduct market research to identify target market preferences for candidates, suitable industries and competitor analysis.
  • Promoting company products or services, understanding client needs, closing deals and achieving employment targets.
  • Support business team in administrative tasks and data management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
