Job overview:

  • As a Junior Process Coordinator, you are assisting the consulting teams in setting up collaboration spaces to be used throughout project lifecycle
  • Serve as a point of contact and communicate with KM peers and consultants on all matters related to Teams and SharePoint set-up, productivity tools and collaboration
  • You will work with Teams and SharePoint online on a daily basis
  • You will work closely with a number of KM teams, providing regular updates on compliance and usage of collaboration spaces

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be working towards proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites, promoting knowledge storage and retention best practices, offering basic troubleshooting to consulting teams
  • You will be asked to monitor incoming requests and address them within short deadlines (24 hours SLA)
  • You will help consulting teams to organize and safely store their IC, aligning with Senior Process Coordinators and Knowledge Managers on the ownership and further IC Capture step
