Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily HR responsibilities and tasks
- Support the implementation HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist with performance management processes, including employee counseling and updating employment confirmations.
- Maintain, update, and organize employment records.
- Support mobility management, including work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires and member firm assignees.
- Advice on and manage subsidies related to professional studies and qualifications.
- Draft email communications and prepare HR-related letters, such as verification letters, visa applications, letters of undertaking, testimonials, performance notices, and warning letters.
- Manage e-Leave management system and handle leave matters related to resignations, interns, professional studies, and more.
- Address employee inquiries, serving as the primary contact for employees and business line leaders seeking HR process and policy support.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Prepare headcount and employee movement reports.
- Experience in HR operations and HRBP roles is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management/ Business Studies/ Management
- Min 4 years of experience in managerial role
- Experience in overall HR operations and HRBP role will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
