Established in 2020, we strongly believe that every child has infinite learning potential, and hence, we adopt the coaching approach where we focus on enabling the children to develop multi-faceted skills.

Locations: Mont Kiara, Bandar Baru Bangi, Kepong, Cheras

Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team at 21st Mind. This role will involve coaching young learners to unlock their potential in digital skills while also managing and coordinating the overall execution of our programs. You will be instrumental in nurturing our students' creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking, ensuring they meet their learning goals in technology and future skills.

Additionally, you will collaborate with our coaching team to design and implement innovative programs, plan and coordinate workshops, and develop strategic partnerships with schools and educational organisations. Training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor students aged 6-17 in various digital skills and future technologies.
  • Monitor students’ progress and provide guidance to enhance their problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.
  • Plan and deliver engaging instructional activities in line with the provided curriculum, with room for creative adjustments.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate workshops, holiday programs, and special events.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to promote programs and attract new participants.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements for continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for teaching children and teens, with the ability to engage learners in an enthusiastic and fun manner.
  • Basic digital skills, with a willingness to learn and teach new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, managing time effectively.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Ability to travel within Klang Valley and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in engaging with children in formal education or learning environments.
  • Own mode of transport and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to speak additional local languages is a plus.

We offer a hybrid mode of working with flexible work hours.

Remuneration:

Salary: RM2000 - RM3000, with allowances and performance bonuses
