Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
  • Support performance management and training programs.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/BachelorĂ¢s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software, administrative tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Candidate must have skills and excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
