Role: Business Development Manager – IT Recruitment
location: Menara UOA, Bangsar (Building attached with LRT Station) , Malaysia (Onsite)
The Business Development Manager (BDM) in IT Recruitment is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company's portfolio of recruitment services. The BDM will target companies that require IT professionals and collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill client needs.
Job Description
• To market the Company’s recruitment and related HR outsourcing services to clients in the Telecoms and IT industries.
• Key activities included liaise with Clients for hiring requirement, pre/post sales activities and marketing activities.
• Build rapport with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
• To responding to clients with suitably qualified candidates based on their requirements.
• Perform fee and contract negotiation with qualified candidates.
• Primary point liaison for on-boarded consultants such as Tax, Expat’s visa.
• Prepare weekly marketing report, monthly and quarterly sales projection.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
