  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Assistance Manager to support our Finance team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the company's objectives. This role will also involve leading budgeting and forecasting activities, reviewing and processing payments, and providing training and support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the company's objectives
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities, and monitor variances between actual performance and budget/forecast
  • Assist upper-level management in making sound financial decisions that align with the company's mission
  • Review and process payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners
  • Assist in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of finance professionals, providing training and support to ensure they remain updated with the latest financial practices and regulations
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial insights to drive business growth
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data to prepare financial forecasts and suggest strategies to address challenges and leverage strengths
  • Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other investment opportunities
  • Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency
  • Review financial reports and advise corrective action accordingly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in financial software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
