We'd love to hear from you:

  • Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
  • 1+ years of operations experience in retail, sales, or the service industry. A proven track record of success in a similar role will set you apart.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a retail environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, positivity, and accountability.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse customers and effectively convey our brand's message.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive decision-making and enhance sales strategies.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for ASAL and a strong understanding of our values and product offerings, enabling you to represent our brand authentically.

  • A proactive approach to identifying challenges and devising effective solutions to enhance customer experience and team performance.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Inspire and guide the sales team, ensuring every member contributes effectively to our shared goals.
  • Develop and implement in-person sales and marketing strategies to attract potential customers through various channels, including in-store promotions and community events.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience and encourage brand loyalty.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies, improve overall sales performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their growth and ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and brand values.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and inviting store environment that reflects our brand's identity.
  • Oversee inventory processes, including product displays, stock management, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Stay updated on current promotions and collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote in-store events.
  • Manage our social media presence, creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and promoting our products and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Regularly solicit feedback from customers and team members to continuously improve store operations and customer service initiatives.

What is expected of you:

  • Must bend, reach, and stretch for the product, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 15kg – 20kg
  • Have flexible availability that supports the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must regularly move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers
  • Be ready to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in managing inventory and transactions.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed attractively, and that pricing is correct.
  • Work closely with your team and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Be open to feedback and willing to adjust your approach based on evolving business needs.
  • Stay motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Be a strong advocate for customer needs, representing their feedback and insights to management to help shape product offerings and enhance service quality.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
