  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

1. Responsible for full spectrum of Finance and accounting functions, including full set of accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other related functions
2. Responsible in preparing month-end closing financial statements and management reports in a timely manner.
3. Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures.
4. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banker and other relevant authorities in relation to audit, accounting, tax and secretarial.
5. Preparing budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting, Accounting and Finance field.
2. At least 2 years relevant experience in property management company.
3. Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team work.
4. Excellent capability of MS Office.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English reading and writing. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin report to China customer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
