- Responsible with inventory control and storage activities, such as planning service parts order, conducting weekly/monthly stock take, investigate whenever there are discrepancies and preparing reports required.
- Oversee receiving and storage operation.
- Ensure the integrity of stock inventory.
- Process daily parts orders.
- Handle documentation and filing system.
- Ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping
- Regularly update Service Advisor upon parts arrival
Requirements
- A minimum qualification of SPM, or equivalent.
- Have relevant experience in handling automotive parts, and being a Parts Controller.
- Possessed good command of written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- IT literate and proficient in business and office applications.
- Able to maintain integrity when handling stock inventory.
- Possessed great leadership skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on weekends, 2 days off to be plotted within the weekdays.
(Working hour: 10AM - 8PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
