Delivering excellent customer support to customers via live chat, email and inbound/ outbound call.
Answering customer inquiries and providing information on product features, benefits, and pricing
Building and maintaining relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails
Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least SPM
NO EXPERINCE NEED - Training will be provided

Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication
