1. Human Resources Functions:

  • Employee Records: Update staff records, including annual leave, medical leave, and other relevant documentation.
  • Attendance and Overtime: Verify staff attendance for overtime, production, maintenance incentives, and allowances.
  • EPF, SOCSO, and Insurance: Register and update staff records for EPF, SOCSO, and insurance.
  • Medical Facilities: Liaise with panel clinics regarding staff medical facilities.
  • Claims: Prepare insurance claims and SOCSO claims for staff.
  • Office Supplies: Source, purchase, and maintain office stationery and equipment.
  • Uniforms and Safety Equipment: Issue staff uniforms and safety equipment as required.
  • Reports: Prepare and present monthly meeting reports on HR activities and staff issues.
  • Payroll: Prepare payment vouchers, payment invoices, and monthly payroll for staff.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities and staff welfare programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations.

2. Customer Service Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or social media by addressing inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and follow up on unresolved cases.
  • Analyze customer feedback for service improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accuracy and timeliness in updating staff records and verifying attendance and incentives.
  • Efficiency in payroll and claims preparation.
  • Customer satisfaction through timely responses and issue resolutions.
  • Effective coordination with clinics, suppliers, and other external parties.
  • Contribution to smooth office operations and reporting processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
