Job Description


We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Malaysia. This hybrid role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will play a key role in transforming HR processes, ensuring our clients achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness with their HR systems.

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical and functional solutions within the SuccessFactors environment.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and provide recommendations for optimizing their SuccessFactors modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, empowering them to make the most of the system's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, or other related areas.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex scenarios and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is a plus.
  • Experience in IT consulting or a similar environment.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead client engagements.
