Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Video Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s goals and values. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, social media, and product teams, to create engaging content that tells our story and promotes our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Conceptualisation & Development: Work with internal teams to brainstorm, develop, and script compelling video content.
  • Production Planning: Oversee all stages of video production including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
  • Filming: Direct and film high-quality video content, ensuring that it meets the technical and creative standards of the brand.
  • Editing: Use professional video editing software to create polished, on-brand videos that engage our audience.
  • Graphics & Animation: Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and animation into video content as needed.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain video production equipment and ensure it is up-to-date and in good working order.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure that video content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audience and reflect our company’s voice and values.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and new technology to continuously improve the quality of our video content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Video Producer, Videographer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Strong storytelling and creative skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Blender).
  • Experience in creating content for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in corporate or brand marketing environments.
  • Background in multimedia design, digital production, or content creation.
